Ms. Harris joined Pathway in 2020 and is a senior ESG associate in the California office. Her responsibilities include assisting with the development of Pathway’s ESG activities across strategies, implementing Pathway’s responsible investment policy throughout the investment and monitoring processes, and assessing ESG factors of new and existing investments. Prior to joining Pathway, Ms. Harris served as a compliance testing officer with MUFG Union Bank, NA. She earned a BA in business administration from Azusa Pacific University and an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University.
