Ms. Pedigo joined Pathway in 2002 and is a vice president and an assistant general counsel in the California office. She is responsible for various legal, tax, and compliance issues related to Pathway and its clients, including structuring, negotiating, and monitoring private market investment transactions.

Prior to joining Pathway, Ms. Pedigo was a senior associate at Arthur Andersen, where she focused on tax consulting and compliance for high-net-worth individuals. Her primary responsibilities included the creation, implementation, and/or monitoring of partnerships, limited liability companies, closely held corporations, private foundations, trusts, and estates. Ms. Pedigo received a BA in economics and political science, cum laude, from the University of San Diego and a JD from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she served as the senior production editor for the Loyola International and Comparative Law Review.
