Ms. Mattisinko joined Pathway in 2020 and is a vice president and assistant general counsel in the California office. She is responsible for various legal and compliance issues related to Pathway and its clients, including non-disclosure agreements and the structuring, negotiating, and monitoring of private equity investment transactions.

Ms. Mattisinko began her legal career at Sidley LLP in New York City, where she advised private funds, mutual funds, REITS, and investment advisers and worked on a variety of corporate and securities transactions. She subsequently was vice president and associate counsel at OppenheimerFunds, general counsel of Jewish Community Foundation of New Jersey, vice president and general counsel of Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles, and senior director of Gift Planning at Loyola Marymount University. Ms. Mattisinko received a BA in history, with honors, from University of Pennsylvania, an MPA from Columbia University, and a JD from NYU Law School.
