Mr. Pang joined Pathway in 2023 and is a compliance associate in the California office. He is responsible for ensuring that the firm conducts its business in compliance with all federal, state, and international laws, rules, and regulations, and with all contractual requirements. Mr. Pang also ensures that the firm maintains the highest level of professional and ethical standards with regard to risk management, anti–money laundering, disaster recovery, books and records, conflicts of interest, personal trading, and code of ethics. Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Pang was a senior associate at Ares Management, where he focused on portfolio compliance and investment control. Prior to that, he was an assistant vice president at Rimrock Capital Management, where he focused on corporate and portfolio compliance, and before that, a compliance analyst at SW Asset Management. He received a BS in finance from Capital University of Business Economics and an MS in finance from the University of Arizona.
