Mr. Pugh joined Pathway in 2025 and is a marketing associate in the California office. His responsibilities include market research, supporting the RFP and presentation process, maintaining prospect/consultant files, and client servicing and business development activities. Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Pugh worked as a consultant at NMG Consulting, where he conducted market research across the asset management, retirement services, and global custody spaces. He received a BA in political science from Boston College and has passed the CFA Level I exam.
