Ms. Jauregui rejoined Pathway in 2022 and is an investment closing manager in the California office for the direct equity, private credit, and secondaries teams. Her responsibilities include coordinating the closing process for direct equities, private credit investments, and secondaries, which includes corresponding with general partners and clients and coordinating with various departments, such as accounting, operations, legal, investment, and monitoring. Ms. Jauregui previously worked at Pathway from 2003 to 2017 in a variety of positions. She received a BS in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
