Pathway’s Team

Ms. Jauregui rejoined Pathway in 2022 and is a senior investment closing specialist in the California office for the co-investment, private credit, and secondaries teams. Her responsibilities include coordinating the closing process for co-investments, private credit investments, and secondaries, which includes corresponding with general partners and clients and coordinating with various departments, such as accounting, operations, legal, investment, and monitoring. Ms. Jauregui previously worked at Pathway from 2003 to 2017 in a variety of positions. She received a BS in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
