Ms. McKinley rejoined Pathway in 2016 and is a vice president of investment closing for the direct equity, private credit, and secondaries teams in the California office. She is responsible for managing the closing process for direct equities and secondaries, including corresponding with general partners and clients for required information and coordinating with various departments, such as accounting, operations, legal, investments, and monitoring.
