Ms. McKinley rejoined Pathway in 2016 and is a vice president of investment closing for the direct equity, private credit, and secondaries teams in the California office. She is responsible for managing the closing process for co-investments direct equities and secondaries, including corresponding with general partners and clients for required information and coordinating with various departments, such as accounting, operations, legal, investments, and monitoring.

Prior to rejoining Pathway, Ms. McKinley worked for Deutsche Bank, where she focused on financial reporting for hedge funds. Ms. McKinley previously worked at Pathway from 2004 to 2015 in a variety of positions. Ms. McKinley received a BS in business administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from the University of California, Riverside.
