Pathway’s Team

Ms. Auger joined Pathway in 2021 and is an investment closing specialist in the California office for the direct equity, private credit, and secondaries teams. Her responsibilities include coordinating the closing process for direct equities, private credit investments, and secondaries, which includes corresponding with general partners and clients and coordinating with various departments, such as accounting, operations, legal, investment, and monitoring. Ms. Auger received a BA, summa cum laude, in psychology and human development from Vanguard University and a post-baccalaureate certificate in communicative sciences from Chapman University.
