Pathway’s Team

Mr. Rakhra joined Pathway in 2023 and is a counsel in the California office. He is responsible for various legal and compliance issues related to Pathway and its clients, including non-disclosure agreements and the structuring, negotiating, and monitoring of private equity investment transactions.

Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Rakhra was an associate at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian LLP, where he advised venture capital funds and early-stage companies on venture financings and M&A transactions. He began his legal career at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he represented private equity funds and companies through a variety of general corporate matters and private equity transactions. Mr. Rakhra received a BA in business administration from California State University, Fullerton, and a JD from UC Berkeley School of Law, where he also served as a co-editor-in-chief of Volume 17 of the Berkeley Business Law Journal.
