Pathway’s Team

Ms. Field joined Pathway in 2018 and is a human resources generalist working in the California office. Her primary responsibility is talent acquisition but also includes administration of benefits and employee relations for Pathway’s two U.S. and two international offices. She also provides assistance with sourcing and reviewing opportunities for the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Prior to joining Pathway, Ms. Field worked for seven years in human resources as human resources representative at Varco International and as a human resources business partner at Mechanics Bank. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and a master’s degree in occupational social work from the University of Southern California.
