Ms. Doan joined Pathway in 2009 and is a senior vice president of finance in the California office. She assists in the oversight of the accounting, financial reporting, and cash management for the firm’s investment portfolios.

Prior to joining Pathway, Ms. Doan served as the controller of Lehman Brothers Small Business Finance, overseeing the accounting and treasury operations of the company. Prior to her tenure at Lehman Brothers, Ms. Doan was the financial reporting manager then chief accountant at WFS Financial. As financial reporting manager, she was responsible for the company’s SEC and other regulatory reporting. As the chief accountant, she oversaw the technical accounting operation. Her experience also includes performing audit and business advisory services while working at KPMG and at Windes & McLaughry Accountancy Corporation. Ms. Doan received a BA, with highest honors, in business administration from California State University, Fullerton, and is a certified public accountant (inactive).
