Pathway’s Team

Ms. Ruddick joined Pathway in 1996 and is a managing director in the California office. She is involved in all aspects of Pathway’s investment and client-servicing activities. She is co-head of the primary fund team and co-manages the target funds team, which is responsible the firm’s proactive investment-origination efforts. Ms. Ruddick is a member of various Pathway committees, including the firm’s Management Committee, Primary Fund Investment Committee, and Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Ms. Ruddick also serves on the advisory boards of several private equity partnerships.

Ms. Ruddick received a BS in economics from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.
