Pathway’s Team

Mr. Cash joined Pathway in 2024 and is a counsel in the California office. He is responsible for various legal and compliance issues related to Pathway and its clients, including non-disclosure agreements and the structuring, negotiating, and monitoring of private equity investment transactions.

Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Cash was an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, where he advised private equity sponsors, strategic investors, and portfolio companies on transactional matters in a broad range of industries, including in TMT (technology, media and telecom), healthcare, life sciences, and retail. He advised clients in connection with M&A, leveraged buyouts, minority investments and co-investments, and divestitures, as well as with strategic partnerships and corporate governance matters. Mr. Cash received a BA in American studies from Colby College and a JD from Cornell Law School.
