Pathway’s Team

Mr. Alacon joined Pathway in 2023 and is a controller in the California office. He is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, and cash management of the firm’s investment portfolios.

Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Alacon worked for Silvergate Bank, where he was a member of the treasury management team and responsible for liquidity management and previously served as the controller. Prior to his tenure at Silvergate Bank, he worked for Axos Bank, where he was the senior internal auditor. Prior to that, Mr. Alacon worked for KPMG, where he performed financial audits for clients in various industries. Mr. Alacon received a BS in business administration, with an emphasis in finance, from California State University, San Marcos, and is a certified public accountant (inactive).
