Pathway’s Team

Mr. Rabassa joined Pathway in 2023 and is a senior counsel in the California office. He is responsible for various legal and compliance issues related to Pathway and its clients, including non-disclosure agreements and the structuring, negotiating, and monitoring of private equity investment transactions.

Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Rabassa was an associate at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and Goodwin Procter, where he advised private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic founders, on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters, and fund formation and administration. Mr. Rabassa received concurrent bachelors of science in biological sciences and economics from Arizona State University and a JD from the New York University School of Law.
