Pathway’s Team

Ms. Patel joined Pathway in 2024 and is a counsel in the California office. She is responsible for various legal and compliance issues related to Pathway and its clients, including non-disclosure agreements and the structuring, negotiating, and monitoring of private equity investment transactions.

Prior to joining Pathway, Ms. Patel supported the in-house legal and business operations at an early stage, deep-tech private equity fund. Ms. Patel also worked as an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Sidley Austin LLP, where she advised large-cap private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, financial restructurings, private-to-public transactions, and minority investments. Ms. Patel received a Bsc in economics and economic history from the London School of Economics and a JD from the College of Law, London.
