Pathway’s Team

Mr. Reynolds joined Pathway in 2018 and is a senior vice president and associate general counsel in the California office. He is responsible for various legal, tax, and compliance issues related to Pathway and its clients, including structuring, negotiating, and monitoring private market investment transactions.

Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Reynolds was an associate at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where he advised numerous public and private companies on both buy-side and sell-side M&A and capital markets transactions, as well as on corporate governance and other general corporate matters. He also represented various venture capital and sovereign wealth funds in a variety of venture financing transactions. Mr. Reynolds received a BA in economics, with highest honors, from Williams College and a JD from Stanford Law School.
