Pathway’s Team

Ms. Guess joined Pathway in 2023 and is an associate in the California office. Her responsibilities include assisting with the investment analysis and due diligence on primaries, secondaries, and co-investments; maintaining Pathway’s various databases; analyzing and monitoring investments and their performance; and generating client reports. Ms. Guess is also a member of Pathway’s co-investment team. Prior to joining Pathway, Ms. Guess worked as a private equity associate at Platte River Equity and as an investment banking analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners. She received a BS in finance from Arizona State University.
