Pathway’s Team

Ms. Guzenfeld joined Pathway in 2026 and is a vice president in the California office. Her responsibilities include assisting with the analysis of new investment opportunities, maintaining Pathway’s various databases, analyzing and monitoring investments and their performance, and generating client reports.

Prior to joining Pathway, Ms. Guzenfeld was a member of Pantheon’s U.S. investment team, focusing on fund investments and co-investments across North America. Earlier in her career, she worked on Pantheon’s Private Wealth team and was a member of Merrill Lynch’s Alternative Investment Group. She received a BS in business administration, with concentrations in finance and information systems, from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
