Pathway’s Team

Mr. Wasserman joined Pathway in 2025 and is an associate in the California office. His responsibilities include assisting with the analysis of new investment opportunities, maintaining Pathway’s various databases, analyzing and monitoring investments and their performance, and generating client reports. Mr. Wasserman is also a member of Pathway’s secondaries team. Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Wasserman was a senior associate of global private equity (secondaries) at APG Asset Management. Prior to that, he was at Piper Sandler in the investment banking division as an associate in the restructuring and special situations group and as an analyst in the technology group. Mr. Wasserman received a BBA from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
