Pathway’s Team

Mr. Willett joined Pathway in 2023 and is an associate in the California office.His responsibilities include assisting with the analysis of new investment opportunities, maintaining Pathway’s various databases, analyzing and monitoring investments and their performance, and generating client reports. Mr. Willett is also a member of Pathway’s secondaries team. Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Willett worked as an investment associate at Pantheon Ventures on the secondaries private equity team, as an associate at Cisco Investments, and as a private equity associate at Serent Capital. Mr. Willett began his career as an investment banking analyst at Lazard. Mr. Willett received a BBA, magna cum laude, in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
