Ms. Choi joined Pathway in 2018 and is a senior vice president and an associate general counsel in the California office. She is responsible for various legal and compliance issues related to Pathway and its clients, including non-disclosure agreements and the structuring, negotiating, and monitoring of private equity investment transactions.

Prior to joining Pathway, Ms. Choi was in private practice at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, and at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Her prior experience includes private equity–related corporate finance transactions, secured and unsecured syndicated financings, private placements of debt, restructuring transactions, and distressed debt investments. Ms. Choi received a BA in sociology from Yonsei University, an MBA from the University of Southern California, and a JD from Vanderbilt Law School.
