Pathway’s Team

Mr. Bays joined Pathway in 2022 and is an investment analyst in the California office. His responsibilities include assisting with the analysis of new investment opportunities, maintaining Pathway’s various databases, analyzing and monitoring investments and their performance, and generating client reports. Mr. Bays received a BSc in accounting, with a minor in interdisciplinary studies, from San Diego State University.
