Mr. Clemente joined Pathway in 2018 and is a director based in New York City. He is co-head of Pathway’s secondaries team and a member of the firm’s Secondaries Investment Committee. He is involved in all aspects of Pathway’s secondaries investment program, including investment analysis and conducting due diligence, investment monitoring, performance analysis, client reporting, and client servicing.

Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Clemente was a vice president in Greenhill & Co.’s capital advisory group, where he focused on secondary transaction sourcing and execution. Prior to joining Greenhill, Mr. Clemente was a financial analyst with Houlihan Lokey, Inc. He received a BS in finance and international business from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
