Mr. Sedighian joined Pathway in 2025 and is a senior investment analyst in the California office. His responsibilities include assisting with the analysis of new investment opportunities, maintaining Pathway’s various databases, analyzing and monitoring investments and their performance, and generating client reports. Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Sedighian worked as an investment banking analyst with Jones Lang LaSalle Securities, and prior to that, he worked as an equity analyst with Heitman Public Real Estate Securities. He received a BS in real estate development and finance from the University of Southern California.
