Ms. Buckstaff joined Pathway in 2025 and is a vice president of consultant relations based in Chicago. She is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with consultants in the Midwest, as well as for assisting with the firm’s client servicing and business development efforts.

Prior to joining Pathway, Ms. Buckstaff held institutional business development and consultant relations roles at Voya Investment Management and Champlain Advisors. She started her career as an analyst in the commercial bank at JPMorgan Chase. Ms. Buckstaff holds a BBA in finance, investment, and banking from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
