Mr. Willett joined Pathway in 2023 and is a senior vice president in the California office. His responsibilities include evaluating private credit investment opportunities, portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, client reporting, and client servicing. Mr. Willett is also a member of Pathway’s secondaries team. Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Willett worked as an investment associate at Pantheon Ventures on the secondaries private equity team, as an associate at Cisco Investments, and as a private equity associate at Serent Capital. Mr. Willett began his career as an investment banking analyst at Lazard. Mr. Willett received a BBA, magna cum laude, in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
